Cascades subdivision. Cascades has approximately 63 homes in it. The homes were built during the years of 1998 -2004. The homes are mostly Colonial and Cape Cod style. Most of the homes have brick exteriors, 2 & 3 car garages, 3-4 bedrooms, 2 + bathrooms, basements. Square footage of the homes range from 2400 - 4500 square ft. This is really an exquisite subdivision. No other subdivision has the beauty and privacy that this place is gifted with. Natural lake, River, protected wood lands all around for 1/4 to 1/2 mile. Its an Island by itself and yet located close to Haggerty/I 275. The house values in this sub are in 4 ranges. 1. Higher for the ones with direct access to lake and river+woods (3400 sqft). 2. The small ones on the lake/river with limited access (2800 sqft) and large ones with remote access to the water. 3. The bigger ones on the inner circle (3400 sqft) and 4. The smaller ones on the inner circle (2800 sqft).
