Northville Commons subdivision is actually 5 subdivisions with one homeowners association. Northville Commons has approximately 325 homes in it. The homes were built during the years of 1971 -1980. The homes are mostly Colonial, Ranch, and Cape Cod style. Most of the homes have Aluminum, vinyl, brick/vinyl, brick exteriors, 2 car garages, 3-4 bedrooms, 2 + bathrooms, basements.
