Pheasant Hills subdivision. Pheasant Hills was and still is one of Northville premier subdivisions. The homes were built by Compo homes and Cambridge Builders. As of 2008 there was even a Roman Catholic retired cardinal living in the subdivision. Pheasant Hills has approximately 136 homes in it. The homes were built during the years of 1988 -2006. The homes are mostly Colonial and Cape Cod style. Most of the homes have brick/wood, brick exteriors, 2 & 3 car garages, 3-4 bedrooms, 2 + bathrooms, basements (some walkout).
